Delivery and payment

No middlemen and no surprises: we bring it to you, you see it and you pay right then.

Hand delivery

Anywhere in Gran Canaria, at no extra cost. We agree the place and the time with you.

You see it before paying

You examine the piece calmly at the delivery. If anything does not match what we agreed, we sort it out on the spot.

Pay on delivery

Cash or Bizum, at the moment of delivery.

Payment methods

Cash: At the moment of delivery, in person.
Bizum: Instant transfer from your bank when you confirm the order.

If you need another payment method, message us before the delivery and we will sort it out.

Reserving a piece

If you like a piece but cannot collect it today, we can hold it for a few days. Message us with the code of the piece and we will confirm how long it stays reserved. After that, it goes back on sale.

Returns

As delivery is by hand, you check the piece before paying. If anything does not match what we agreed, tell us right then and we will sort it out.
